Privacy Policy

The Eleventh House is a place for private reflection, so we hold a simple line: everything you write here is yours. We don't sell your data, we don't run ad trackers, and we collect only what the service needs to work. Here is exactly what that means.
What we collect
- Account details — your email address and password (handled by our database provider, Supabase; we never see your password).
- Birth details — the birth date, and optionally time and place, you provide so your chart can be computed.
- What you write — your reflections, check-ins, and notes, plus the readings generated for you.
- Plan status — whether your account is free or Premium.
If you use the service as a guest, your writing and birth details stay in your browser's local storage on your device — they don't reach our servers until you create an account and choose to keep them.
How it's used
For one purpose: generating your readings and showing you your own history. To produce a reading, your birth details and recent writing are sent to our AI service providers — Anthropic (text), Replicate (imagery), and Voyage AI (search embeddings, so the app can recall your past entries) — solely to generate that content. Anthropic does not train its models on this data, and none of our providers may use your data for advertising.
Payments
Premium subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store and processed entirely by Apple — we never see or store your payment details. We receive only a signed confirmation that your subscription is active. Apple's own privacy policy governs their handling.
Where your data lives
Account data is stored with Supabase (PostgreSQL), encrypted in transit and at rest, with row-level security so your records are readable only by your account. Generated aura images are stored so your history can display them.
What we don't do
- No selling or renting your data, ever.
- No advertising, ad networks, or third-party ad trackers.
- No reading your reflections — your writing is processed by software to generate your readings, not reviewed by people, except if you ask us to look at your account to fix a problem.
Deleting your data
As a guest, signing out (or clearing your browser data) removes everything from your device. With an account, email support@eleventh.app and we'll delete your account and its data. In-app deletion is coming.
Cookies and local storage
We use local storage and similar mechanisms only to keep you signed in and to hold a guest's data on their device — not for tracking.
Children
The service is not intended for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes materially, we'll note it in the app or by email. Questions, or a request to see or delete your data: support@eleventh.app.
