Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of The Eleventh House, the web application at eleventh.app (“the service,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
What the service is
The Eleventh House is a personal oracle and daily reflection app. It generates personalized written readings and imagery using software — including artificial intelligence — drawing on the traditions of astrology, numerology, and tarot.
Readings are for reflection and entertainment. They are interpretations of tradition, generated by software; they are not predictions, and they are not medical, mental-health, financial, legal, or other professional advice. Decisions you make remain your own, and for important ones you should consult a qualified professional. AI-generated content can be wrong, and nothing in the service should be relied on as fact.
Your account
You can use the service as a guest (your writing stays on your device) or with an account (your writing syncs to our servers). You're responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of what you provide. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
Subscriptions
A free tier is always available. Premium is a paid subscription: $8.99 per month or $59.99 per year (prices in US dollars; applicable taxes may be added at checkout).
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until canceled.
- Cancellation. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal in the app or by contacting support@eleventh.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Premium until then.
- Refunds. Where required by law, refunds are honored. Otherwise they're at our discretion — if something went wrong, write to us and we'll make it right where we reasonably can.
Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details.
Your writing is yours
You own everything you write in the service — your reflections and notes. You grant us only the limited license needed to store it, display it back to you, and process it to generate your readings. We don't publish it, sell it, or use it for advertising. See the Privacy Policy for the details.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law, probe or disrupt our systems, scrape or resell the service, or attempt to extract other people's data. We may suspend accounts that do.
Our content
The service's design, name, and generated readings are ours or licensed to us. Your readings are generated for you — share them freely in personal, non-commercial contexts.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change is material, we'll note it in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
